Rosalia

Rosalia Vila is an Spanish pop and flamenco vocalist. From the time she was in her teens, Rosalia has performed in traditional and popular music. However, her musical tastes also cover other genres including hip-hop and soul. The flamenco guitar player Pepe habichuela has described her voice as delicate and sharp, yet having the grit of more mature singers. El Mal Querer is her second album that was it was released in 2018 and was critically and commercially successful. Following Los Angeles, her debut album released in 2017, she received the Latin Grammy for Best New Artist and also the Grammy. The single La Fama featuring the Weeknd appeared in 2021. Her third long-player Motomami has collaborations on songwriting with a variety of producers and artists including Cory Henry and James Blake. In the month of March, 2022, the show was introduced following the SNL's appearance on Chicken Teriyaki. Rosalia was the first Spanish artist to sing solo on the program. Motomami was her album which earned her three Latin Grammy Awards also made Rosalia the first female performer to have won the Latin Album of the Year be awarded twice.
